external flue on combi boiler?

we have recently built an extension and the external flue from the combi boiler is now blowing directly into the extension creating a massive amount of condensation, we are moving the boiler to an outside wall within the next week or so, but in the mean time are we able to fix some aluminium laminated ducting to the flue to send the fumes heat etc to the outside thru the new velux just until the boiler gets moved??
