i have replaced belt and jockey wheel,now when i switch on it blows fuse in the plug what have i done wrong?

We have a creda easy load energy save dryer thats squeaking loudly!!!!?

At the moment it's still running but it's so noisy!! Does this mean its going to need a new belt??
