i purchased new webcam - mikomi AP 7121.
installation comlete as per wizard and instructions. but, cannot find hardware on list. webcam is not found by system
dont know what to do now

this is exactly the same problem i have

i just bought mine today, it looks great, great deal from argos and eveything, but mine doesn't work either

and i have tried various different usb ports
