Mend Classic lxff240 Boiler Heating Noise

I have a Classic lxff240 boiler which is making a lot screeching noise?

The boiler is making very strange and loud noises. Mainly starting when the hot water timer starts. Is this got something to do with the pump?. It is 7 years old. Thanks.

pump screeching due to a) check ex tank water level
b) blocked cold feed, start to drain system, if ex tank fills up, not blocked. doesn't fill blocked. this blockage will be where the 15mm feed pipe from tank tees into ch system. c) if not a or b replace pump.
