hotpoint aquarius WF220?

since replacing the belt that turns the drum. The belts keeps coming off, any ideas why this is ? it's very tight to get back on everytime so hasn't stretched.

The drum seems to move alot back and forward if you push it, but only moves a few mm side to side. if this helps. Could it be the drum is moving too much and this is why the belt comes off ?
