how can i fix screen washer system on a ford mondeo?

Not easy, I discovered. If you are sure that the tubes are not bunged up (remove padding from under bonnet to follow them through), then its either the motor (should hear it working) or as I found out ,the filter inside the water bottle may be blocked with jelly type stuff from the anti-freeze mix. In the end I succeeded bu sticking a stiff tooth brush in the end of a long screwdriver and reaching it into the water bottle to scrub that jelly film off! Success! Otherwise a pit needed to remove cladding inside the wing to get at the 3 bolts which enable you to remove the bottle for a complete lean up. Not easy,good luck
