Your Wii might be about to break. My Wii had a quiet drive for the first couple of months, it started making this loud buzzing noise when reading the disc. I started getting sporadic disc read errors and after trying to get it to recognize the Super Mario Galaxy disc, it started playing the game, but I get disc read error before it gets through the opening cut scene. After trying to reboot the Wii a few times, I'm now getting "an error has occurred" when trying to play any game in my Wii. It's going back to Nintendo for repair.
