first unplug ! remove the lid by means of 3 screws at rear then slap the lid firmly towards the read and it'll come off. Then remove the rear acess panel on the back half way up, it'll give you access to the pulley retaining nut.Remove the soap box and you'll see either 3 or four cross point screws remove these and pull off the timer knob, it comes staight out and off.Nudge the control panel to the right dislocating the lugs on the panel and the control panel will lift away with the option button wiring attached. One end of the option button wiring is linked this is the common, remove that and the other side is numbered on the wires 1 at the top going up in number as you go down the options, remove these and the panel will lift off.open the door and you'll see the seal retaining clip at 12 oclock lever this off with a small screwdriver and remove the retaining wire. fold the seal into the drum so it's clear of the outer case.Remove the two screws and the latch plate from the door interlock and push it free from the outer case.remove the kickplate and you'll see 3 retaining screws for the front panel remove these .At the top of the front panel you will see another three screws holding the panel on remove the3se and the panel will fall forward allowing you to lift the front clear. The outer drum front plate is held on by a series of spring clips around its outer circumference remove these clips and pull the front plate forward and clear taking care not to damage the heater.Move to the rear access panel and place the shaft of a hammer or something similar through the pulley onto the rear tub effectivly jamming the pulley in place.Remove the pulley retaining nut.Reach inside the inner drum and turn it sharply anti clockwise thereby unscrewing the pulley from the drum shaft, lift the pulley clear.Refit the retaining nut to protect the thread on the end of the drum shaft then chap the shaft from the rear towards the front of the machine freeing the shaft from the bearings, remove the retaining nut and lift the inner drum clear. You now have access to your bearings ! remove and replace and apply a film of grease to the inner seal, rebuilding is the opposite of the strip....Good luck !
