Mend Astra Switch Setting Stuck

Where is the Wiper relay switch on an Astra MK4?

When on the Intermitant setting my wipers get stuck in the middle of the windscreen. Have been advised to change relay switch before trying motor or stalks, I wondered where I might find it?
