How can I fix my headlights on Ford Mondeo LX 1998?

These lamps can be adjusted without a switch.Behind the lamp there will be to plastic screws one for up and down and one side to side.
Check these in the dark parked outside wherever turn the screw for bringing them up .If to badly rusted you need new lamp and electric levler

sounds like the levelling motor has gone chk behind headlights whilst using the leveling button if u can hear it then it may be jammed if not it may be bust
