ideal standard toilet dripping into pan?

My ideal standard toilet twin button constantly drips/trickles water into the pan (possibly and overflow) Ive looked inside and cant see anything to adjust. Any Ideas Thanks. Its a new house toilet 2 yrs old.

The large flush valve seal can develop blisters over time which results in it not sitting properly, allowing water to drip into the pan. Either replace the seal or burst the small blisters using a pin. This did the trick for me.

The problem is NOT with the syphon valve or the twin flush system. The problem comes from the rubber "doughnut" seal between the cystern and the pan. You may have to dissassemblr the unit to get at the large "O Ring" (doughnut) seal. As the preaasure builds up with the weight of the water in the cystern the seal leaks and there is a constant trickle of water into the pan. Take it out and clean it and the seating thoroughly.

i have tried that, still trickleing, i let the syston empty, and not fill it, so empty syston. About an inch of water on the bottom, still trickleing, ??? strange, thanks for your answer anyway.

hi, probaly is the overflow. To one side of the syphon in the middle, is the water inlet valve. You need to adjust the float downwards. This will cut the water off sooner and stop the overflow problem. Is there a plastic screw/knob on the top of the water inlet valve that you can turn, just a couple of turns flush the loo and wait for it to fill again. If it continues try turning the other way. Good luck.
