Mend Hotpoint TC71 Tumble Dryer Condensor Repair

I have a Hotpoint ultima condensor dryer.I can see a number tc71?

It does not heat up, everything else is ok. Can any body tell me the problem and how to fix it. MANY THANKS.

bypassed the thermo switch -- and now heater works, so I will order some
