Mend Plymouth Voyager Van

1996 Plymouth voyager mini van starter location. Where is it?

I need to find the exact location of the starter unit on my1996 Plymouth voyager, so I can attempt to figure out why its not working and possibly replace it, but I haven't a clue as to where it is. I turn the key and get a vffffff sound "not a clicking". The van was wiorking fine yesterday but not now. Can anyone please help asap

Starter is on bottom of engine between bumper and engine
where the trans connects to the engine standing in front of van with hood open if you look down about middle ways you can proably see it from the top
