you need to take off the pull start held on by three nuts then remove the red casing that goes over the plug
you will require a three arm puller to remove the fly wheel from the spindle as it is on a tapered shaft
clean the inside of the flyplate with emery cloth and also clean the magnetic discs you will then find you get back the spark
You lose it due to not being used over winter and long use
i have seen many of these old mowers thrown away when all it needs is a clean up inside the flywheel that creates the spark from the magnets
