Mend Ariston A2031OR2030OR2230OR Remove Loose Inside

how can i remove the inner glass from my ariston oven/a2031or2030or 2230or?

the old seal has failed and the glass has worked loose but i can't get inside to fit a new seal help!!!! please . ps i have undone the screws at the btm but its the top i'm having problems with.
