Mend Peugeot 50cc Work Start

peugeot scooter?

just got a peugeot scooter 50cc to work on as a hobby.It had been sitting for a long time.Will not start when using electric start,kick start is broke.Turns over ok and lights work,key is stuck in ign but turns on and of ok. Any help woud be appreciated.

JUST HAD SAME PROBLEM WITH SONS SPEEDFIGHT REMOVED CARB AND CLEANED JETS ETC REPLACED STARTED FIRST TIME
