Hi Candy,
Cleaning a clock is not something which you can do without instruction. If you would like to learn, then check your local adult education service, sometimes there are Clock Repair courses, eg Maidstone, Kent CC Adult Education. Otherwise I suggest the local clock shop. If you try it uninitiated, you will probably damage the clock beyond repair. You could, if you are very mechanically minded, look on eBay under Antiques, Clock Parts, and you may find books, CDs and other info for sale about clocks and clock repair. I would advise you to think carefully before you start as you WILL need to buy cleaning fluids, special tools and oil etc, if you want to do it seriously.
Good luck
