The Vertical IC is burned beyond recognition and the caps are blown.

CAUTION SHOULD BE OBSERVED WHEN REPLACING THE VERTICAL IC AS THE PRINTED CIRCUIT COMES OFF EASILY, IF THE IC WAS BURNED, ALSO CHECK THE BIAS RESISTOR , IT IS A LOW VALUE 1 OHM , THIS ONE OPENS FOR PROTECTION.

Ic is a La7837.The bad caps are surrounding it .Common values are 100 mfd and 220 mfd
