Mend Medion FID2060 Laptop Turn Windows

How can I fix my Medion Laptop?

My laptop keeps freezing as soon as i turn it on. It loads as far as the windows XP page and then just goes a funny colour. The model number is FID2060. Any help would be much appreciated as it has all my college work on there
