CANT GET THE PILOT LIGHT TO START IDEAL CLASSIC?

Hi there if anyone can help please. The pilot light wont fireup the boiler. I have followed the instructions inside the case, Turn the elect off , switck off, turn to no 6 on dial switch back on after 15 secs should restart, but it doesnt.. There is a reset switch on the right but I cant push in, any idea ?? with that.
