had new brake pads on my nissan almera (x reg ). in may 07 since then it squeaks in the mornings for about 100 yards then stops what could it be. The problem seems to be getting worse.
More likely than not just the pads vibrating, a little dab of copperslip on the bottom and top of the pad backing, not the friction part, should stop it and help the pads slide better in housing.
