what does e20 mean?

Thanks a mill for the answer also, I had exact same message come up and I cleared out filters and saved myself €80 call out charge. You are a star!!!

This usually means your filter is blocked. Open the door on the bottom right of the front of the machine. Open the grey drain hose to empty the machine reservoir (remember to have a dish handy to capture the water). Once empty, unscrew the filter housing, clean and rinse the filter and replace. This should resolve the issue.
