Mend Briggs & Stratton 3.5 Lawn Mower Motor

Briggs & Stratton 3.5 hp easy start motor?

The motor struggles to start, and when it does, it runs for approximately a minute, then dies. She has been neglected a bit by the previous owner, any advice?
