Mend Ford 1996 Thunderbird Cd Loading Fix

how can i fix the 1996 ford t-bird factory cd player?

how can i get my 1996 ford thunderbird factory cd player to play and or eject my cds? also i would like to know how to fix this problem. it never accepts the cd....it's inside, but it keeps making this awful clicking sound that sounds like it is loading.

sounds to me like the laser eye is ither loose or fell out. pull it out and have a look or take it to someone.
