how can i fix the 1996 ford t-bird factory cd player?

how can i get my 1996 ford thunderbird factory cd player to play and or eject my cds? also i would like to know how to fix this problem. it never accepts the cd....it's inside, but it keeps making this awful clicking sound that sounds like it is loading.
