I can send and receive ordinary email but cannot send cannot send email from my files and get an error and a message which says the connection to the server has failed account pop.west.cox.net protocol SMTP port 25 secure SSL No socket error 10060 error # OX800 CCCOE. I'd appreciate help thank you.
i had the same prob, only way out was to format and reinstall my whole windows xp

I have a similar problem in that I can send and receive email from my server fine but get this message or similar when I try from my own Windows Mail on the pc.
If its recognised at the server side why cant Windows Mail download it using the same address
