New world cooker?

Hello all. My Newworld gas cooker has this annoying yellow flame to it. How can this be rectified? Does it have anything to do with LNG vs LPG? The cooker was bought brand new but as it is now I'm about tossing it out the window!

The model number of the appliance is 200551066. Please help!!!

If the cooker was bought to be used on natural gas (i.e mains gas) then the governor and possibly the injectors for the burners would need to be changed to operate on bottled gas (LPG) and this would also vary depending on whether it is propane (red cylinder) or butane (blue cylinder). Propane vaporises at a lower temperature than butane therefore the bottles can be kept outside in winter. Butane needs a higher temperature to vaporise and therefore the bottles need to be kept indoors in winter. This results in a higher vapour pressure for propane than butane and hence is the reason for needing a different governor or regulator.
