Can you spin the drum freely by hand or is there a bit of friction. If it spins freely then it would seem likely the belt has broken or slipped of the drum. should be evident if you take top off machine but PLEASE DISCONNECT MACHINE FROM SOCKET BEFORE REMOVING TOP - Good Luck
