How can I fix my Concept 6 advanced microprocessor control home alarm?

The panel is showing:

Zones 1 2 are lit up
Day is green
Tamper, attack and power is red

I recently purchased a flat with that has an older Concept microprocessor controlled unit. The key pad is worn through, I have no codes or instructions. Is there any hope for this unit or do I rip it out and start over?

Unfortunately the concept six doesn't tell you that the control panels battery is goosed so you are forgiven.

From a service point of view you are not.

So in short replace the battery (mains off before you open it up).
