AL05 on Hotpoint dwf70s?

Hi, sorry to the hotpoint man but you also get charged for parts aswell. Our machine is only two years old & hotpoint have no idea. If dyson made these I would recommend every time.....

I have the same problem but all the water is pumped out at the beginning of the cycle. Switched off and started again same alarm comes up after a few mins and the machine stops.
Filled up the washer with a bucket of water and reset, again all water pumped out but machine stops after a few mins and cycle pauses. HELP any clues to this dreadfully independant hate to do a call out as I normally fix most faults with my appliances, machine 18 months old. PS the filet is clean and no bockages had the pump out to check its clear and also it ran on the workbench ok.

Possible heater fault or blockage in pump.
