Mend Goldsat DSR-9402 Repair Fix Power

HOW TO FIX GOLDSAT DSR-9402 SATELLITE RECEIVER?

While turning on the receiver, screen freezes into garbles due to some glitch in power circuit. Which component may be defective? Any idea will be highly appreciated.
