Mend Hotpoint WM64 Washing Machine Valve

I have a Hotpoint Aquarius 1200 (Wm64) will not take conditioner?

I have a Hotpoint Aquarius 1200 (Wm64) on program E will only rinse once, and the conditioner is left in the tray, I have checked the voltage to the valve and the program will not call for it?

i dont agrree with any of the above remve your drawer and clean out the blue plastic fabric compartment it will be blocked when you have removed it you will see two small pipes one will be slightly slanted pull them off and clean them this will now allow the conditioner to syphon when the machine adds water,

Your best bet is to replace the valve completley as these are often cheap to replace and are the most commen failings on automatics rather than the timer, timers cost around £90 so if it was the case your better off just ignoring it and just using a 2 in one fabric conditioner.
