Mend Zanussi DW908 Dishwasher Pump Waste

zanussi DW908 fails to pump out water?

Zanussi DW908 leaves water in machine at end of cycle. I have cleaned out 3 tubes inside machine under domed cover and attempted to ensure pipes are clear underneath machine. I presume pump rotates one way to force water around machine and the other way to expell waste? Machine makes humming sound instead of expelling water.
Any help appreciated

DW908 has a seperate drain pump. Suggest you check for broken glass or faulty pump. (BE CAREFUL IF IT IS BROKEN GLASS. REMOVE PLUG FROM MAINS BEFORE REPAIR)
