How do I derestrict a peugeot trekker off road 50 (2004) ?

best thing to do is replace the standard pipe with an aftermarket can (i have a technogas pipe) which is perfect, secondly change the jets in your carb with a slightly bigger diameter jet, then you want to buy some rollers around 4.5grm as these will give good acceleration and top end. you could also spend that bit extra and buy a 70cc barrel and piston from polini or malossi- just dont tell ur insurance company lol, with these mods youll find speeds of around 60-70mph

throw some sand in your petrol tank that will do it, im only messing don't really do that or else your piston will turn into marshmellow, try opening the jets to 1.0 mm and get a k & n airfilter, do not flatten the pipe coming off the exhaust as this can still restrict if not done right your best cutting it all off and welding together so that it doesnt have a gap and also buying a performance racing exhaust pipe will make it go faster

yes deristrict the exhaust and uprate the jets in ur carb will make it a bit faster

yes, you have to flatten the short tube on the exhaust that goes no-where, or cut it off and weld it up
