have lost all channels on nokia d box 2 any idea why?
have had d box working fine and then i had to unplug it when i plugged it back in ihave no channels and when i scan for the channels it doesnt find any.Then it might find six or seven channels but without picture or sound.
cable have changed the codes for all channels.
u will need a reflash useing blade trinity image.
this suports the new codes when rescaned

Check you antenna (aerial) first and check that all the antenna leads connectors are OK. The only way to find out if it is your antenna or the box is to substitute a working box and see if that works.
BTW a little more detail in the question often results in more detail in the answer. For example saying what the model of the box often helps.
