Are you sure there is no water left in the machine as many washing machines have a pnematic lockinjg device to keep the door locked until all the water has left the drum, try the spin/drain cycle again or lowing the grey hose at base into a bucket.

Failing that you will need to get a peice of string and place it round the door rim of the machine (over the handle section) and pull tight to release the catch
