Mend Toyota Corral Could Wrong Power

what could be wrong with my power windows?

I HAVE A 90 TOYOTA CORRAL AND My bother-in-law was tinting my windows and he took the door panel of to fix the window cause it would only work half the time and seen that wires where showen and went to roll the window back up and none of the windows would work, i checked the fuses and they are good and i checked the relay switchs they are good what else could it be?
