Mend Sime Planet 100e Combi Hot Water

Sime hot water?

Boiler Sime Planet 100e Combi boiler.
The hot water delivery varies from hot to cold. The diaphram in the diverter valve was changed 2 years ago. The problem this time is I do get hot water but the temperature varies hot, cold, hot.
