Boiler about 3.5 yrs old. regular service. recently keeps dropping pressure and heating does not work. although the heating fault light NOT flashing! - water heats up fine.
heating thermostat is ok. any suggestions?

I was having trouble getting my potterton 28i too fire up and it turned out to be the diaphram on the dhw sensor had a hole in it everything worked fine for a couple of hours but now the pump runs continuosly can anyone help

had had potterton 28i fitted 3 years ago,got my first fault after only 5 month and have had monthly faults with it since?????

had a simalar problem with pressure droping. i noticed the installer had put central heating control knob to max. I reduced the temp by half & boiler now works fine.

Also have the same problem and have follwed the installation and commision document. I think it is the PCB that is at fault as the water will not turn off . The way the system is set it will always provide hot water first so if pump does not turn off then it will not switch to heating mode. This is why no lights flash because technically there is no fault. Dont know if this is any use
