Renault Laugua fans are working no heating?

possibilities:

No water flow through heater. Find heater hoses 1in dia approx from engine through bulkhead. One should be hot and the other just warm. If both are cold then you need to flush out the heater.

Heater controls faulty. Check that something is happening at the heater unit when the temperature control is moved from cold to hot.
