Really need more info to make diagnosis:
1. Remove spark plug. Does it have fuel on it?
Yes: Then the ignition system is probably faulty.
No: Then there may be no fuel pressure- Is the fuel pump operating?- Turn ignition on the fuel pump should run for two seconds- if not then check fuses etc.
Yes: Then the injectors may not be operating- The clicking from a working injector can be clearly heard through a piece of wood/screwdriver etc whilst the engine is cranked by an assistant.
Is there a spark at the spark plugs?
If there is neither ignition spark nor injector operation then the most probable cause is a faulty crankshaft position sensor.
Modern engine management systems are highly complex. remember that these tests although straightforward for a professional can be potentially fatal. If in any doubt regarding the safety aspects involved. Leave it alone!
