wiring an outside light to a oneway light switch?

i want to wire a outside light with an earth,live and neutral to a one way light switch,with L1 L2 and a common,which wires go where please

That is the wrong type of switch and as you do not recognise it as such and you are attempting to take mains power outside I suggest that you get a qualified electrician in before someone gets killed. BTW if you are in the UK. it is an offence to DIY outside power unless it is subsequently signed off by a 'Competent Person'.
