the best way is to buy a bottle of delamination fluid from ebay, £15. were the floor has gone soft mark it out and drill a 7mm - -8mm deep holes with a 8mm drill bit, drill a hole every 2cm in a line to the lenght of soft peice, go up and down 2cm apart once all holes full wipe away any overspill, cover with duck tape and place a empty 5 or 7kg gas bottle on top, leave for 48 hours, take away bottle, no more soft patch, re carpet job done. its a once only mix drill first. it did my van 3ft by 1 foot soft patch now solid...

assuming you have a ply sandwich floor. get some two pack foam filler and inject the floor throgh drilled holes. Instruction with product. Got mine from 01495 792700. Belt and bracers it if you choose with 6mm exterior ply. Fix with waterproof resin glue

You don't explain what the damage is, is it a hole or what, and where the damage problem is? Is it in the 'walk line' under a bench seat, in the bathroom/WC where?.
If a hole not easy or cheap, If the floor panel has come away from the underfloor sandwich then what I think is a re-lamination kit will be needed and they aren't cheap.

Check with a dealer who also sells spares they might come up with some method of reapair.
