Mend Proform PFTL59200 Treadmill Fitness Motor

My incline won't work on Proform PFTL59200/RT2.0?

I have an older model Proform RT2.0, Model PFTL59200. The incline won't work...it sounds like it wants to but "pops". Any suggestions?
