Mend Ford Focus 1600XL Heater Climate

how can i fix my heater?

I've got a ford focus 1600XL 52 reg,and my heater only works on No.4 as i think the wire has burnt out,could this be easily fixed and if so how. I hope someboby is out there who can help....thanks
