First let me tell you that I had the same problem. Look inside the player first and make shure the locking arms move when you hit eject. If not then the player is busted and you will need a new 1( and the cd is probably scrached up from trying to eject it)
you need to pull off the top dash panel( open the lid and pull it off holding the edge for leverage)YOu dont have to worry about disconnecting the hazard buton just set it up on the dash. Then find the edge of the bottom pannel under the acc plug and trace it back to the back edge and pull BOTH sides at the same time it should pop off.(pulling one side could break it) You will then see 6 screws, two on top, two on the bottom, and 2 on the middle, you dont have to worry about the ones in the middle. remove the other 4. You will then need to move you gear selector out of park(if auto) to slide it out. All you have to do now is remove the plugs from the rear of the unit
