hold the kirby with your left hand near the rear(foot on/off) with your right hand grab the boot( thats at the bottom of the cloth bag) underneath there is a bit your finger can fit and pull (it may be very tight but once its off, clean the seal and put a little bit of washing up liquid on your finger and put it around the seal to make it easier next time)
