how can i fix my rover 600 (P reg)?

Ive checked all the fuses. all ok. where will the central locking module be? Ive read all the Rover hand book on it and I cant find anything that will help. have also found that when I close the drivers door, there is a noise that sounds as though all the doors are locking but the buttons dont go down

Have you checked the fuses,if so it could be central locking module faulty.
