How can I fix my RCA 46" TV Model P46720LV?

After turning our TV off sometimes it will not come back on for hours or even days.And that is using the remote and pushing power button. It shows no signs of power anywhere. Unplugging the unit and waiting use to work like a charm now it can take up to a month before it will come back on. I have also noticed ALL my RCA equipment is this way. If the power flickers everything has to be unplugged and plugged back in for it to come on.

when you turn the tv on in the morning it will have sound but no picture. Then in a little while the picture will come on but will be very blurry. After resetting the picture it will work fine for the rest of the day.

Theres a small fuse where the power cord comes out in the back $1.50 well fix that problem
