VP-DC161 Camcorder. 1 year old - just past the warranty date!!! The Camcorder does not recognise the discs - says loading disc and the after a while say no disc or faulty disc. Have tried quite a few different/new discs but still the same. When disc removed feels pretty warm/hot. Cam someone kindly advise please as what I should do. Thank you.
Try cleaning the lens on the laser head VERY CAREFULLY with a cotton bud dipped (soaked, but not dripping) in isopropyl alcohol. It has worked on mine in the past.
