Ariston A23/MFFI - no hot water without heating?

Hi everyone,
something is wrong with my boiler.
From sometime the hot water is too hot then getting cold and again and again. Also there is hot water only if the Heating is on at the same time.If I turn of the heating - the boiler doesnt ignite - no hot water.
Anyone to know what the problem could be?

I do not know the cause (check the pressure gauge, should be up to 1.5 bar) but sounds like it is over-heating:
